As we launch three exceptional private residences at Yarlington, we are seeking an outstanding Head Chef to become the culinary heartbeat of these beautiful homes. This is a rare opportunity to deliver a discreet, personalised, ultra-luxury guest experience, crafting everything from relaxed breakfasts to elegant dinners that feel effortless to guests and flawless behind the scenes. Working closely with the Residence Manager, Head of Food, and butler team, you’ll shape menus, anticipate guest preferences, and adapt seamlessly to a guest-led rhythm – leaning in during busy stays and enjoying quieter periods between bookings.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional food experiences to ultra-luxury hospitality standards
Create and serve breakfasts and lunches in-house, from the commercial kitchen, or off-site as required
Prepare ready-to-eat food ranges for guests to enjoy at their leisure
Deliver refined dinners in-house or via the commercial kitchen, tailored to guest preferences
Remain flexible to pre-booked and ad-hoc guest requests, adapting calmly and creatively
Organise guest-requested food orders and ensure residences are fully and thoughtfully stocked
Uphold immaculate food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
Coordinate with the Head of Food to engage estate chefs for larger events or complex bookings
Requirements:
Proven experience at senior chef level within luxury hospitality environments
Broad culinary expertise across cuisines, dietary requirements, and service styles
Calm, confident, and professionally presented approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with service teams
Strong leadership presence and high personal standards
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
Comfort working within a flexible, guest-led schedule
A driving license is recommended for this role
Nice to have:
Experience as a Private Chef for UHNW individuals (desirable)
