This is a rare opportunity to deliver a discreet, personalised, ultra-luxury guest experience, crafting everything from relaxed breakfasts to elegant dinners that feel effortless to guests and flawless behind the scenes. Working closely with the Residence Manager, Head of Food, and butler team, you’ll shape menus, anticipate guest preferences, and adapt seamlessly to a guest-led rhythm – leaning in during busy stays and enjoying quieter periods between bookings.

  • Prepare ready-to-eat food ranges for guests to enjoy at their leisure
  • Deliver refined dinners in-house or via the commercial kitchen, tailored to guest preferences
  • Remain flexible to pre-booked and ad-hoc guest requests, adapting calmly and creatively
  • Organise guest-requested food orders and ensure residences are fully and thoughtfully stocked
  • Uphold immaculate food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
  • Coordinate with the Head of Food to engage estate chefs for larger events or complex bookings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience at senior chef level within luxury hospitality environments
  • Broad culinary expertise across cuisines, dietary requirements, and service styles
  • Calm, confident, and professionally presented approach
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with service teams
  • Strong leadership presence and high personal standards
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
  • Comfort working within a flexible, guest-led schedule
  • A driving license is recommended for this role
