Job Responsibility
Work alongside the team and lead the bear to ensure the smooth running of the Bar service
Ongoing and up to date knowledge of the Wine Cellar, Cocktail menu and all other specialist beverages that the Bar offers
Constantly looking for areas where we can deliver more
Commit to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
To have a full understanding of all items of equipment, their uses, and where they are kept
Create and deliver an extraordinary customer experience, meeting all targets set
Act as a role model at all times with customer experience at the top of the agenda
Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and Bar service
Requirements
Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
Experience as a Head Bartender supervising a bar
Continuous improvement and development of knowledge of all wines, spirits cocktails and beverages served along with any recommended pairings
Create and deliver an extraordinary customer experience, meeting all targets set
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think quickly and rationally to ever-changing situations
