Job Description

Supervise daily bar operations, lead and mentor staff, develop beverage menus, manage inventory, ensure compliance, and handle guest service in a luxury hotel setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff to maintain high-quality service
  • Develop and maintain an innovative and well-balanced beverage menu
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock to minimize waste and costs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-volume establishment
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of financial and inventory management in bar operations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
