Lead, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff to maintain high-quality service
Develop and maintain an innovative and well-balanced beverage menu
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock to minimize waste and costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
Monitor bar performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
Work closely with restaurant management and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and cocktail masterclasses
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a high-volume establishment
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding of financial and inventory management in bar operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
