Job Responsibility

Lead the barista station to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintain high standards in coffee quality, presentation, and consistency
Support front-of-house operations and enhance the overall guest experience
Demonstrate strong coffee knowledge, including beans, brewing, and equipment
Contribute to seasonal and evolving beverage offerings, including non-alcoholic options
Deliver warm, engaging service and confidently recommend drinks to guests
Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming environment
Supervise, train, and support barista and front-of-house team members
Oversee barista station setup, cleanliness, stock control, and equipment maintenance
Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and company standards while fostering a positive team culture
