As head of global service line actuarial, you will oversee and lead the actuarial global service line of Allianz Services, comprising the actuarial service centers located in Romania, which is the largest actuarial hub in the CEE region, and the recently established actuarial centers located in India and in Mauritius.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the global actuarial service line end2end
  • Act as spearhead for cross-collaboration between locations
  • Ensure growth and expand the current client footprint by developing innovative solutions and transforming processes
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer services and best-in-market actuarial and risk management services
  • Forge strong customer relationships, partnering with clients, executive leaders, key stakeholders and global finance, actuarial and risk management functions across Allianz around the globe
  • Drive a high performance and talent management culture by encouraging cross-team collaboration and leading by example to achieve positive results and continuously upskilling

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, a degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent and experience leading actuarial projects or function
  • Candidates with recognized actuarial professional certifications preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • 10+ years leadership experience in multicultural context
  • Strong analytical skills
