Job Description:

Mineral Resources are seeking experienced and qualified HD Fitters to work at our large Mobile Equipment Rebuild Facility at Kwinana, 30km south of Perth and is equipped with the latest technology and tooling. This is a fulltime ongoing Monday to Friday dayshift only role with no weekend work - be home every night with your family.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on new and near new fleet owned and maintained by MinRes – CAT, Komatsu & Hitachi machinery
  • Machine rebuilds, refurbishments and innovation upgrades
  • Be part of the development of our mobile maintenance team by mentoring and shaping our apprentices

Requirements:

  • Be a dynamic team player with a high commitment to quality of work and safety
  • Being a strong source of knowledge and guidance for trainees and apprentices
  • Experience with rebuilds on heavy mobile machinery - Loader, Dozer, Grader and other plant
  • Australian recognised Trade Certificate – Heavy Diesel or relevant
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
  • Hold, or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
