Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role requires a strong blend of functional understanding of HR processes and hands-on technical skills in implementing, customizing, and integrating HCM modules. The consultant will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless delivery of HCM projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary techno-functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities
  • Configure and customize HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Fast Formulas, and HDL Loader templates
  • Design and support complex integrations with third-party systems
  • Provide end-to-end support from requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
  • Ensure compliance with business processes and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
  • Proven hands-on expertise in: HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher
  • Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)
  • Integrations (SOAP/REST, OIC, OTBI)
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes and ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • 8+ Years experience
