Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding a range of HCM topics including benefits, leave of absence, PTO, immigration, and handbook policies
  • Own the full end-to-end onboarding process, managing new hire communications, internal logistics, and hosting new hire orientation
  • Serve as the primary contact for HRIS processes and data updates, proactively identifying when additional information is required to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure process documentation is kept up to date, flagging when changes should be made and proposing ways the team can continue to work more efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with others to find workable solutions that meet business objectives, applying good judgment to balance flexibility with operational requirements
  • Support other HCM team members in various processes and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of HR operations or other relevant experience supporting geographically distributed teams
  • Past ownership of I-9 verification, onboarding logistics and the new hire experience
  • Hands-on HRIS, ATS and/or other HR system administration experience, preferably maintaining an up-to-date company org chart
  • Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and using basic formulas
  • Proven ability to handle a wide variety of employee requests with care and efficiency, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring consistent service excellence
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational gaps
  • Strong ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Nice to have:

  • Financial Services or Technology industry experience
  • UKG HRIS platform experience (or other large HRIS such as Workday or SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with employee offboarding process execution, distribution and tracking of employee agreements, and immigration and expat support
