Job Responsibility

Analyze Healthcare Claims with Process guidelines
Audit Insurance Subscriber and Other Dependents Details
Validation of existing Healthcare plans and contracts as per the set guidelines
Reports as per guideline and Database Management when required
Support monthly SLA (Service Level Agreement) for the domain and interact with client SME/Quality/Managers on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis as required
Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
