Requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math
  • Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Experience of auditing Healthcare claims
  • Typing speed >30 WPM with accuracy rate >95%
  • Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines
  • Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines
  • Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate
  • Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas
  • Focus on quality standards
  • Fast learner (both process & systems)
