Beside Home Care, this role will also look after Corp. Functions Organization. You will get an opportunity of doing end to end experience from planning to deploying initiatives in our core HR pillars: Organization, Talent, Capability, and Culture.
Job Responsibility:
Implement key interventions in line with the People strategy and deploy the One Unilever Expertise & Innovation agenda for all function (Commercial, R&D, Corp. Functions)
Where relevant, contribute to design of global products and interventions with the Expertise and Innovation teams
Support the delivery of the people agenda in building a future-fit organisation with the key capabilities needed to meet business priorities such as NRM, digital first, desirability at scale
Build talent intimacy and support the talent agenda including pipelining internally and externally, preparing and running high quality talent forums using relevant data and insights
Lead and provide guidance on organizational design, effectiveness and strategic workforce planning, including people cost management on overhead cost and supply chain cost
Maintain a grip of key workforce data metrics and data quality, through simplified processes giving instructions to the hub
Lead key cyclical people process – the total End of Year process including Annual Pay Review and performance management including people development forums, goal setting and calibration where necessary
Generate meaningful data insights across various sources/platforms and pro-actively identify HR solutions to business problems, supporting business leads to further their agenda and deliver priority interventions
Requirements:
Strong HR experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivery in business partnering, industrial relations, organizational development and change, talent management, performance management and reward
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully lead and deliver complex projects within a matrix organization
Comfortable working autonomously, easy to connect with people in higher level and dealing with ambiguity
Have the adaptability and resilience to balance short-term and long-term priorities
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to deliver through others, working through HR colleagues across subfunctions and location
Able to use data and insight to unlock new opportunities that generate value. Possesses fluency in data, understanding which metrics are important, where insights can be drawn to identify potential opportunities and interventions to support the People Strategy
