Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative’s Core Values
  • Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
  • Communicate customer needs and inquires to appropriate personnel for follow up
  • Conduct required pre and post trip inspections
  • Load and unload product for delivery following weight guidelines set forth by the vehicle type
  • Maintain necessary truck and delivery logs
  • Operate receiving systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to receive product and unload trucks
  • Exhibit an energetic and polite attitude throughout all encounters during the workday
  • Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record
  • Class A or Class B CDL
  • DOT Medical Certificate
  • (N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement
  • (H) Hazardous Materials Endorsement
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
  • Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc
  • Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 75 pounds
  • Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Respectable Mechanical Skills

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous FRAC Experience

  • Drive tanker trucks, bobtail trucks, and other heavy vehicles to transport water, equipment, and materials
  • Transport flowback fluids, produced water, and fresh water to and from production locations—including fracking sites, coil tubing units, and drilling rigs
  • Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment, documenting and reporting defects or maintenance needs
  • Maintain strict compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures at all times
  • Participate proactively in scheduled safety meetings, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and hazard assessments
  • Accurately complete and maintain driver logs, inspection reports, load tickets, and other required documentation for billing and regulatory purposes
  • Conduct daily load ticket documentation and promptly process customer billing submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders—providing clear updates and maintaining professionalism
  • Document customer requests clearly and coordinate responses promptly with dispatch
