Job Description:

Join AES Hawthorn, where you’ll be part of a supportive, skilled, and dynamic group of professionals in a state-of-the-art emergency and critical care clinic. This is a permanent part-time role contracted between 40–60 hours per fortnight, with the potential for additional hours for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

Consulting and surgical work
Medical and intensive care
Manage a wide range of emergency cases
Strong communication and collaboration with clients and team

Requirements:

Ideally 5 years graduated with at least 3 years of ECC experience (preferably from a referral environment, but all applicants considered)
Solid ECC foundational skills and the ability to manage a wide range of emergency cases
A Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent), recognised in Australia
Current or eligible registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Victoria
A collaborative, can-do attitude with strong communication and client management skills
A genuine passion for emergency and critical care and a commitment to patient-first medicine
