Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2026 on a fixed term contract for up to 8 months. If you’re looking for a role that’s challenging, but where pay is rewarded on output, join us in the Kent countryside.

Job Responsibility:

Manually planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops (hand weeding), both on fields and in poly tunnels

Requirements:

  • Previous experience or an understanding of harvesting is desirable
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Ability to work outside in all weathers
  • Good dexterity
  • Physical stamina
  • Respecting of rules and regulations
