Job Responsibility

Keeping the tractor clean and safe
Supervising the harvest team to ensure scheduled plans are followed within time frames and quality specifications are met
Moving, setting up and running irrigators, in addition to making pipelines in the fields
Driving equipment to the harvest team on the fields and checking and loading harvested crops onto the tractor
Transporting harvested crops back to site
Transporting and securing crop covers on the fields
Irrigation, harvesting, planting and crop covering
Supervisory duties of the harvest team
Checking the quality of the product harvested
Loading harvested product in and out of the tractor trailer
