This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner for our Via Harrow service. Job Responsibility:

  • provide visible, effective harm reduction leadership, interventions and promotion within the service
  • build strong relationships with key stakeholders including GPs, sexual health, housing, mental health and others to support increased access to harm reduction interventions for Harrow residents
  • help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education

Requirements:

  • experienced practitioner with a passion for harm reduction
  • looking to develop and advance delivery of care in a senior practitioner role
  • individuals with compassion

  • Pharmacy technician shall understand medical and pharmaceutical terminology, symbols, and abbreviations used in the practice of pharmacy
  • Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures
  • Patient care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups
  • DATA - Enter various data into computer and forms, verify data, make corrections and ensure accuracy
  • INVENTORY – Order medications from wholesaler and put order on pharmacy shelf when received. Load medication into distribution/dispensing technological solutions
  • MAINTENANCE - Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software and hardware associated with Pyxis, RxRobot, Optifill and other departmental systems
