Job Responsibility

  • Analyze information to determine plan layout, including computer and peripheral equipment modifications
  • Build, test, and modify product prototypes using working models or computer simulations
  • Understand specifications to create test plans and execute validation testing
  • Perform debug, triage, and root cause analysis on FPGA and networking technologies
  • Evaluate factors such as reporting formats, cost constraints, and security to determine hardware configuration
  • Monitor equipment functioning and make necessary modifications to ensure conformance with specifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of validation experience with a focus on test development, debugging, triage, and root-cause analysis
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python
  • Knowledge of SystemVerilog
  • Pre-silicon and/or post-silicon validation experience
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles for technical plans and models
  • Understanding of circuit boards, processors, chips, and computer hardware

Nice to have

  • FPGA validation experience
  • Experience with Ixia (IXIA) or CyPerf networking validation platforms
  • Experience with accelerated networking technologies
  • Strong communication skills and a self-driven, team-player mindset
  • Developing and deploying cloud applications for cloud hardware (NICs, GPUs, etc)
  • Ability to read and write code in C, C++, C#, SystemC, Powershell, and Python
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including RDMA, SR-IOV, TCP, UDP, DTLS, and IP
