As a Data Analytics (Test Automation) Intern, you will enjoy being part of a global community of top engineers, who are at the heart of the company’s innovative technology infrastructure products. You will have the opportunity to work on analyzing, modifying, and evaluating electronic subsystems of Ethernet switch systems. You will also take part in conducting feasibility, design margin and validation analysis, and empirical testing on new and leveraged designs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Validate portions of engineering implementations for Ethernet switch systems based on established engineering principles and in accordance with provided specifications and requirements
  • Develop and extend the coverage of current test automation
  • Conduct data analysis and validation work through Python and SQL
  • Build automated test scripts to analyze test data to verify requirements compliance
  • Automate data collection, aggregation processes to build reporting dashboard
  • Work on small independent engineering projects to augment internal work
  • Prepare reports and write technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Discipline in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any engineer discipline
  • Familiar with a programming language such as HTML, ccs, Javascript
  • Proficient with a scripting language such as Python and SQL
  • Proficient with Power BI or data analytics tools will be an advantage
  • Strong interest in coding
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have a strong passion for technology
  • Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit
  • Have a leadership experience at university and/or participation in extracurricular activities in student organizations and/or community service.
