Requirements

  • Environmental Test Chambers-Ensuring utilization
  • Co-ordinating calibration and service of electrical / electronic test / measuring equipment
  • Communicating with product design team and customer regarding validation test aspects
  • Deriving test plans based on product specifications and international standards
  • Making test set-up for electrical and electronic device products (like automotive fuse boxes, PDUs, RF wireless devices, connectors etc.)
  • Execute validation tests ( DV & PV)of new products during development
  • Expertise in using various instruments - oscilloscope, LLCR, DMM, LabView , different power sources like electronic loads, AC / DC power supplies etc.
  • Evaluate test results and perform analysis
  • Tear down/Failure analysis of components in case of deviation from specification
  • Maintain NABL standard in the Lab.
