Job Description

This role is critical to ensuring continuous operation of essential hardware systems such as handheld devices, mobile printers, tablets, and related peripherals used in day to day operations by the client. The technician will provide direct, in-person support for hardware troubleshooting and repair, maintenance, and replacement during business hours. In addition, this position, and/or designated backup, must be have on-call availability on nights and weekends to respond to critical events within 1 hour of notification. The technician will work approximately 15-20 hours per week with on call availability on nights/weekends
