  • Manage prototype sourcing and logistics for early-stage program needs, including Hardware Purchase Orders (POs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), vendor quotes, and invoice approvals
  • Lead cross-functional evaluation of major hardware CapEx and OpEx decisions, including business cases on manufacturing scope and insource vs. outsource tradeoffs
  • Facilitate logistics and tracking for prototype part movement across internal, supplier, and external sites, including shipment coordination and delivery verification
  • Manage distribution of prototype hardware by tracking prototype and parts inventory, coordinating demo experiences, and maintaining prototype documentation and readiness status
  • Own hardware budget tracking and reporting
  • create reliable quarterly estimates and actuals in partnership with finance and program stakeholders
  • Coordinate across finance, facilities, procurement, and legal to enable contracts, purchasing, site needs, and vendor engagements required for program execution
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks
  • develop mitigation plans, drive alignment on decisions, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Communicate program status, risks, decisions, and escalation paths to stakeholders with appropriate rigor and cadence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, and/or operations management
  • Experience understanding and communicating technical information to non-experts and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience operating independently, be detail-oriented, and deliver results in a highly organized manner
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within broad cross-functional teams
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and managing complex dependencies
  • Experience resolving conflicts and driving decisions across stakeholders with differing priorities
  • Experience navigating ambiguous problem spaces and evolving responsibilities in fast-moving environments

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
