Job Description:

This is a structured 2-year programme designed to provide a range of experience and understanding across our core engineering disciplines. You will complete four 6-month rotations at our main Campus in Fareham. Graduates will rotate as a cohort and finish with a final placement and there will be discussions for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build real experience on real systems, gain industry recognised skills while rotating through our core Engineering disciplines
  • Develop strong professional networks through your managers, graduate mentors and others across the business
  • Be involved in continuous learning activities in both technical and soft skill environments

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s (or higher) degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2
  • MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
