Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end hardware development life cycle, transforming complex requirements into high-performance, reliable medical hardware
High-Precision PCB Design: Architect complex, multi-layer PCBs for medical instrumentation, ensuring signal integrity and low-noise performance
Compliance Leadership: Navigate and implement rigorous medical standards, including IEC 60601-1 (Safety) and IEC 60601-1-2 (EMC)
Design for Excellence (DfX): Optimize layouts for manufacturability, reliability, and stringent thermal constraints
Prototyping & Testing: From breadboarding to final verification, you’ll own the hardware validation process
Requirements:
Deep proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics)
Solid understanding of ISO 13485 and risk management (ISO 14971)
5+ years in hardware development, specifically within the medical device or highly regulated industries
A passion for quality and the "patient-first" engineering approach
