Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will focus on designing and developing hardware architectures for industrial machinery, ensuring that all solutions meet technical specifications, safety standards, and project constraints. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with project teams to define and develop comprehensive hardware architectures
  • design and analyze hardware solutions for industrial machinery, incorporating innovative technologies and materials
  • create detailed system diagrams, bills of materials, and documentation to support project implementation
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards throughout the design and development process
  • provide technical support during assembly and testing phases, identifying and implementing necessary modifications
  • conduct feasibility studies in collaboration with other departments, offering insights and recommendations
  • share technical knowledge by preparing documentation and conducting training sessions for team members
  • assist project managers in overseeing project timelines and deliverables, participating in cross-functional team efforts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • extensive experience in hardware design for complex systems, with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD Electrical and EPlan
  • familiarity with electrical and pneumatic system standards, as well as safety regulations and risk analysis
  • strong analytical skills and a proven ability to develop innovative solutions
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware design engineering
  • expertise in utilizing AutoCAD Electrical for detailed design work.
