Job Description:

Hardware Design Engineer Graduate role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise/Aruba Networks. This position involves being part of a high-speed digital circuit designer team developing state-of-the-art networking products. The role requires working on hardware design, validation, and collaborating with product development teams.

Job Responsibility:

Design, component selection, schematic implementation, hardware bring-up, debug and validation
Collaborate with a multi-sited product development team to integrate deliverables toward release of new products into production
Conduct feasibility, design margin and validation analysis, and empirical testing on new and modified designs

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Possess good knowledge and technical understanding of both digital and analog circuit design
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Familiar with Cadence CAD tools
Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python, Perl and Matlab

Nice to have:

Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to work in teams
Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary
Experience as a team player
Willing to take on a variety of projects
Capability to build relationships and self-motivator
Good oral and written communication skills
