Job Description:

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes, and manufacturing/delivery of products per company policies. The role involves developing plans for business strategies, ensuring alignment with demand signals, compliance, and inventory management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifies improvement opportunities through performance metrics and complex analysis
  • executes demand-supply alignment and gathers global data
  • leads regional/global planning teams and mentors junior staff
  • develops and manages a regulatory trade compliance program to ensure adherence to international trade regulations.

Requirements:

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function
  • Broker's license and/or 4-6 years of experience in a customs/global trade function
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including MRP and ATP
  • Strong data analysis, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of global trade regulations and customs compliance.
