Diploma or degree in Electronics Technology or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
Solid understanding of all aspects of electronic circuit board testing (including component handling, soldering, and cleaning in a static-controlled environment)

Job Responsibility

Testing and Troubleshooting: Conducting the testing and inspection of electronic assemblies and components. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform failure analysis on electronics, electrical components, cables, wiring harnesses, mechanical products, and software products
Quality Assurance: Performing quality checks on ongoing builds and completing thorough quality inspections against existing standards
Process Improvement: Initiating action to prevent product nonconformity and optimizing processes to increase efficiencies
Documentation: Documenting all production and test activities and assisting in maintaining assembly, test, and configuration management records
Rework and Correction: Troubleshooting and reworking in-process failed products and taking corrective actions. You will control further processing of nonconforming product until the issue is corrected
