Hardware Analyst

• Receive and organize incoming stock according to established work instructions
• Review pick sheets to determine required parts and retrieve them accurately
• Interpret and utilize technical documents such as diagrams, assembly drawings, and test procedures
• Operate tools to assemble or repair hardware components and products
• Identify and address defective items following quality control procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly using effective problem-solving techniques
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, whether seated or standing for extended periods
• Prepare finished products for shipping or storage by packaging, weighing, and labeling appropriately
• Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and repair tasks
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and processes is a plus
• Capability to interpret and work with technical documents, such as diagrams and assembly drawings
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
