Job Responsibility

  • Perform intermediate troubleshooting for systems, servers, and applications, utilizing established tools and procedures with minimal supervision
  • Conduct entry-level troubleshooting for IP network devices and backbone transports, adhering to established protocols
  • Collaborate with the advanced support team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Identify replacement hardware components and accurately match them to their corresponding part numbers
  • Provide training and guidance to other operators, fostering innovation and encouraging feedback
  • Apply systems analysis techniques to identify software issues and recommend solutions to management
  • Address hardware and software problems without reliance on scripts or predefined troubleshooting guides
  • Document processes for maintaining and adapting company software to evolving site environments
  • Travel up to 50% in the US for onsite IT Support
