Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hard Services Manager with a specialization in electrical systems. This challenging and rewarding role is based on a static site, where you will lead a dedicated team to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Job Responsibility:

Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
Electrical Systems Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the effective management of electrical services, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Budget Management: Responsible for budget planning and control related to electrical services, optimizing costs without compromising quality
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to project timelines
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues
Compliance: Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability

Requirements:

degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
18TH Edition
Proven experience in a technical management role, preferably in a static site environment
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
