Job Responsibility

Ensure all Utilities & Facilities systems (chiller, HVAC, air compressor, RO/DI, power, fire, water, etc.) are operated and maintained at optimal performance, safety, and reliability
Implement and sustain an effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) and CMMS program to minimize unplanned downtime
Provide stable utility supply (air, water, power, cooling, etc.) for production without interruption
Support energy saving and sustainability initiatives, ensuring systems meet Pandora’s green factory standards
Lead, train, and motivate technicians to perform all maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
Coordinate closely with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, repairs, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with Vietnam legal regulations, EHS policies, and Pandora global maintenance standards
Operation & Monitoring: Operate and monitor daily running condition of all utility and facility systems (HVAC, power, water, air, etc.)
Conduct routine inspections, parameter logging, and performance checks (temperature, pressure, flow rate, kWh, etc.)
Troubleshoot abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions with internal team or vendors

Preferred experience in a multi-unit facilities management organization in a high-volume retail sector and academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management (or equivalent) within your specialist area
