Handyperson

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across the site
• Carry out basic joinery (e.g., hanging doors, repairing furniture), plumbing (e.g., fixing minor leaks, unblocking sinks), and decorating (e.g., painting, patch plastering)
• Conduct repairs to flooring, tiling, and glazing
• Assist other on-site engineers and specialist sub-contractors when required
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of all completed jobs
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone on-site

• Proven experience as a Handyperson or in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role
• A broad skill set covering basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• The ability to work independently and manage your own daily tasks

A qualification in a trade like carpentry or plumbing
