• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role within the home improvement industry
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and best practices in maintenance and repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
