Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates

Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs
Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle

Job Responsibility

Create, present, and sell project estimates
Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, plumbing and lighting fixtures, tile and more
Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards
Communicate effectively with customers and staff
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols
Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations
