Job Responsibility

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with maintenance specifications and log activities in real-time
Utilise your handy skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating
Update the customer’s CAFM system with comprehensive details of tasks completed
Address reactive tasks promptly while identifying areas for operational improvements
Respond to equipment failures efficiently, including participation in the on-call rota
