Job Description:

Handyman / Fabric Technician | London (SW1P). We are seeking a skilled Handyman / Fabric Technician for an ongoing contract at a high-profile corporate site in Victoria. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence within a modern office environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • M&E Maintenance: Perform PPM and reactive repairs, including lamp changes, AHU/FCU filter replacements, and basic plumbing
  • Fabric Repairs: Maintain floor and wall coverings alongside general building upkeep and minor installations
  • Operations: Escort and oversee third-party contractors while maintaining accurate digital maintenance logs
  • Compliance: Conduct regular H&S inspections to ensure total site safety and regulatory adherence

Requirements:

  • Background in a high-profile corporate environment with fabric maintenance expertise
  • PC literate with strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills
  • Solid understanding of H&S regulations, permitting, and escorting processes
