Job Description

Kitchen Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team and complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. This is a hands-on position and the ability to safely operate power hand tools is helpful. Training is provided for the completion of cabinet redooring, refacing, and kitchen remodeling projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform remodeling tasks for kitchens and bathrooms, including: Cabinet installation and adjustments
  • Countertop installation and repairs
  • Tile work (flooring, backsplash, and shower surrounds)
  • Drywall repair and finishing
  • Painting, caulking, and sealing
  • Plumbing fixture installation (sinks, faucets, toilets, showers)
  • Basic electrical work (outlet/switch replacement, light fixture installation)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plans
  • Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
  • Skilled in carpentry, tile setting, plumbing, and light electrical work
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a remodeling or construction company
  • Professional certifications or trade licenses (a plus but not required)
