  • Real bartending experience – you've worked in a quality hotel, bar, or hospitality setting and you know what high standards feel like
  • A genuine love for this industry – you geek out over cocktail menus, you care about how guests feel, and you'd rather be in service than almost anywhere else
  • Solid drinks knowledge – cocktails, spirits, wine, you know your Negroni from your Boulevardier and you're always learning more
  • Personality that fills the room – warm, confident, and the kind of person guests gravitate toward because you make them feel genuinely welcome
  • Ice-cool under pressure – Friday night at the bar? You're in your element, not your element of stress
