Job Description:

Are you looking to join a growing and thriving team? Our client based out of Pointe-Claire is looking for a quartz and granite hand polisher - a great permanent opportunity with a great benefits package that comes with it.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect materials for scratches, cracks, holes, veins, scuffs or missing polish
Careful polish the pre-cut counter top
Determine proper polishing tools to be used depending on material of counter-top (quartz,granite,marble or porcelain)
Use vacuum stone lifters to move counter-top to appropriate polishing station
Quality check the final product before sending to the drying station
Write a report of completion

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse setting (2+ years experience)
1+ years experience as a machine operator
Valid driver's license
Ability to read work order details
Maintain polishing tools inventory and request replacements in advance
Dynamic and willing to learn and adapt
Ability to work autonomously and effectively
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
Very detail oriented
Available for night shift (7PM-7AM)
