Job Responsibility

  • Requirement Gathering: Understand business needs across Service Desk, Delivery, Sales, and Finance
  • translate them into Halo PSA workflows
  • Implementation & Setup: Configure core modules including ticketing, SLAs, workflows, time tracking, and billing
  • Customization: Customize ticket lifecycles, forms, automation rules, user roles, and permissions
  • Integrations & Data Migration: Integrate Halo PSA with CRM, finance, and other tools
  • manage data migration and ensure data accuracy
  • Workflow Optimization (MSP Focus): Design processes for client management, service delivery, escalation, and SLA adherence
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build dashboards and reports for operational, financial, and leadership visibility
  • Testing & Go-Live: Conduct UAT, resolve gaps, and support deployment with post-go-live stabilization
  • Documentation & Training: Create SOPs and train internal teams for ongoing system usage and management

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Halo PSA
  • Strong understanding of Managed IT Services (MSP) operations
  • Experience in workflow automation, integrations, and system configuration
