A qualified hairdressing professional with relevant teaching/training qualifications (Cert Ed, DTTLS or equivalent & Assessing Qualifications)
Industry experience in hairdressing, with a passion for education and mentoring
Prior teaching experience, ideally a minimum of 3 years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and build relationships with employers and learners alike
A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team
