Are you an experienced Consultant Gynaecologist looking for a flexible, well-supported role in a modern clinical setting? We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing elective care hospital rated “Good” by the CQC, where you can focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes without the pressure of on-call duties. You’ll work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment supported by outstanding facilities and a strong clinical governance structure, with ample opportunities for professional development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality elective gynaecological care including outpatient, day case, and inpatient procedures
  • Perform a range of procedures such as hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, laparoscopic sterilisation, vaginal/abdominal hysterectomy, and more
  • Provide assessment and advice to clinical teams during working hours
  • Participate in clinical audit, governance meetings, and continuous quality improvement
  • Work closely with NHS partners for seamless care pathways

Requirements:

  • GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register in Gynaecology
  • Broad experience in non-obstetric gynaecological procedures
  • Strong laparoscopic surgery background is essential
  • MRCOG or equivalent specialist qualification
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
