Job Description:

Gym Instructor position at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place, responsible for maintaining fitness center facilities, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable recreation environment while upholding The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Wipe down fitness center machines and remove towels, trash, and debris
Maintain adequate supply of cups and water in recreation area
Clean fitness and recreation area restrooms and showers
Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures
Distribute lockers and towels to guests
Conduct inventory of supplies and inform supervisor of low supply items
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Promote rules and regulations of the recreation facility
Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager

Requirements:

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fitness Equipment certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
