Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (or equivalent) with relevant experience in a similar role
First Aid Qualification

Job Responsibility

Ensure the efficient operation of the Gym under the supervision of the Gym Team Leader
Carry out inductions on a one to one or small group session basis
Carry out gym based classes as per timetable
Carry out and write personalised fitness programmes for individual members
Proactively maintain the members’ database
Promote the gyms incentives, classes, and forthcoming events
Help and assist members with questions and queries
Ensure the gym and fitness equipment is kept clean and tidy as per the cleaning schedule
Maintain fitness equipment and update the maintenance log

Job Responsibility

Assist with general duties in the club & ensure the smooth running of the department
Maintain the highest cleanliness standards in & around the club to ensure member satisfaction

Must have experience, ideally in a management position within a leisure related industry
Must be passionate about customer service and be an inspirational leader in the way they manage
Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor

Job Responsibility

To drive and maximise secondary spend revenue
To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness. Maintain outside of the contract cleaning hours
Ensure the in-house cleaners (General Assistant) are cleaning to the highest standard
