Full-time Guitar Sales Consultant to work in the Guildford Sales Office as a member of the Sales and Service team, focused on delivering advice to online/remote customers.

Demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills
Working well under pressure
Requirements:
Knowledge of the Guitar history/heritage of the main brands and related products
Able to explain the differences between the brands and help our customers by giving great independent advice relevant to the customer’s requirements
Able to identify the features and benefits that are relevant to the customer over the phone and via email
The ability to absorb new information readily and easily and be able to pass this information on to others
Customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment or similar or within the music equipment sector
The communication skills to converse, build relationships and interact with individuals, customers, and staff at all levels
The ability to react to challenges while remaining calm
The confidence and organisational skills to control all aspects of a busy sales environment
Previous experience in retail sales or similar environments preferred
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
Computer literate (especially MS Outlook and Excel)
