Job Responsibility:
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President and Chief Community Impact Officer, the Center Director will provide the leadership, direction, and day-to-day accountability for the work of the Center, including oversight of all programs in each of the priority areas
Leads and manages the organization's community benefits effort, including data collection, reporting, compliance, and communication, working closely with the Finance and Marketing/Communication teams and others, as appropriate, across the organization
Ensures systems are in place for tracking the outcomes and impact of our community investments and communicates with our partners and identifies new opportunities for programs, collaboratives, and initiatives across the region
Accountabilities also include developing relationships with key community stakeholders across our service area and representing the organization with key community organizations, as identified and developing sustainability strategies for the Center, including grant opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Healthcare related (required)
Masters Degree Public Health (preferred)
California Drivers License - Other (required)
Car Insurance - Other (required)
Minimum three (3) years Program development, coordination & oversight
preferably in Healthcare (required)
