Job Responsibility

Work hands-on with the Guidewire Insurance Suite, a leading platform in the global P&C insurance market
Use cutting-edge technologies in a cloud-native environment (Azure, microservices, CI/CD)
Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team of developers, DevOps engineers, and business experts

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience on similar position
Knowledge of Gosu, the native language of Guidewire
Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and explore modern development patterns
A collaborative mindset and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and the ability to find smart, pragmatic solutions in complex environments
Proficiency in English-you can confidently read, write, and speak in an international team

Nice to have

Experience working with microservices architecture
Familiarity with both relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with Python, GenAI technologies, or Databricks for data and AI-driven applications
