Join a project where you will shape and deliver solutions for clients in the insurance and financial services sector, working with Guidewire PolicyCenter. In this role, you will combine business analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design to create tailored applications aligned with client needs. You will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and testers, contributing to the full lifecycle of modern software solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct business analysis and gather, define, and document requirements
  • Co-design and enhance applications tailored to client needs in financial markets
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and testers during implementation and deployment
  • Support testing processes and validate delivered solutions
  • Prepare system documentation using UML and BPMN
  • Work closely with client teams and stakeholders in an international setup
  • Contribute to projects following Agile / Scrum methodologies

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (must-have)
  • Experience as Business Analyst / Product Owner / SME in insurance or IT environments
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain / financial services
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution design
  • Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and Agile methodologies
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of English (min. B2) and Polish (required)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel
