As a Guestroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms in line with Four Seasons standards. Your attention to detail and care will ensure that each guest enjoys a welcoming, flawless, and memorable stay.
Job Responsibility:
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Four Seasons procedures and quality standards
Review daily work assignments and report to designated areas with required keys, equipment, and supplies
Create special personalized touches for guests in occupied rooms and during turndown service
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items to the appropriate departments
Remove garbage and recyclables and maintain cleanliness in service areas
Support daily operations by assisting with touch‑ups and additional tasks as requested by supervisors
Requirements:
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude at all times
Ability to follow procedures, safety regulations, and department standards
Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including turndown service
Nice to have:
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required
