Job Description:

We invite you to apply to join our Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as a Guestroom Attendant! The Guestroom Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean and self-inspects guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards
  • Inspect all rooms (vacant or dirty) checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies
  • Inspect all VIP and Special Attention rooms very carefully ensuring that all special requests and amenities are completed
  • Receive and complete all guest requests when on the floors, i.e. extra pillow, blankets
  • To keep linen rooms, tidy, correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
  • Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, desk Attendant and House Attendant
  • Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
